[Chapter 1 General Terms] Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms and Conditions stipulate the rights/duties and responsibilities of BTL Logistics Co., Ltd. (¡°BTL Logistics¡±) and its information users who use all Internet information services (the ¡°services¡±) provided on BTL Logistics¡¯ Homepage (the "Homepage") to protect the rights and benefits of customers. Article 2 (Definition) ¨ç The Homepage refers to www.btllogis.com and the Homepage (Website) operated and posted by BTL Logistics at www.btllogis.com. ¨è Members are individuals and companies that receive ID and password from BTL Logistics by providing required information to register as a member of its Homepage to be able to use the information provided by BTL Logistics. ¨é Non-members refer to those who can use the services provided by BTL Logistics without registering as members. Article 3 (Validity and Revision of Terms and Conditions) ¨ç These Terms and Conditions are validated for all users when posted. ¨è BTL Logistics posts them on the Homepage so they can be accessed and read by users. ¨é When revised, a pop-up window shall be used to post the Revised Terms and Conditions on the Homepage from at least 7 days in prior to the application of Revised Terms and Conditions until the day of application. If the Revised Terms and Conditions is disadvantageous to members, they shall be posted from at least 15 days in prior to the application of Revised Terms and Conditions. ¨ê BTL Logistics may enact separate rules for detailed services; in this case, the rules shall be posted using the methods in the above three items. [Chapter 2 Membership Registration and Withdrawal] Á¦4Á¶ (ȸ¿ø °¡ÀÔ) Article 4 (Membership Registration) ¨ç Any user who wishes to register as a member to use the services (the ¡°applicant¡±) shall enter the required information in the form provided by BTL Logistics and agree to these Terms and Conditions to apply for membership. ¨è BTL Logistics approves application unless the applicant is subject to any of the following: 1. If there is fraudulent, missing, or incorrect information in the application form; 2. If they stole other¡¯s personal information, such as name or citizen registration number, for the application; 3. If registering as a member significantly affects BTL Logistics¡¯ technology or management; 4. If applicant is younger than 14 years old; 5. If there is violation of related laws or regulations. ¨é Membership is validated when applicant receives BTL Logistics¡¯ acceptance. ¨ê When there are changes to personal information, members shall immediately notify BTL Logistics by accessing the Membership Information Management page on the Homepage or using e-mail or other methods. Article 5 (Withdrawal or Disqualification) ¨ç Members can request withdrawal from membership to BTL Logistics at any time and BTL Logistics shall immediately process the request. ¨è When a member is subject to any of the following, BTL Logistics may limit or cancel membership qualification. However, the member shall have a certain grace period (7 days or longer): 1. If found to be subject to Article 4 Item 3; 2. If the member has interrupted with others¡¯ use of services or stolen information; 3. If the member has used the services to destroy social wellbeing, order, and good customs or to pursue profit or unfair purposes; 4. If the member has violated the Basic Telecommunications Act, Telecommunications Business Act, and other related laws and regulations. Article 6 (Notification for Members) ¨ç BTL Logistics may use the e-mail address or e-memo provided by users to deliver the required notices. ¨è In case of notification for all or a majority of members, the notices in Item 1 may be substituted with a posting on the Homepage for 7 days or longer unless they are subject to Article 3 Item 3. [Chapter 3 Providing and Using Services] Article 7 (Providing Services) ¨ç The services on the Homepage are free. However, certain services can be converted to charged services after notifying members of the change. ¨è BTL Logistics may add to or change Homepage or services when deemed necessary. When services are changed, BTL Logistics shall notify users. ¨é BTL Logistics may post advertisement or event information on the Homepage or sent it via e-mail. Any member who receives such e-mail may contact BTL Logistics to unsubscribe. Article 8 (Service Use and Limitation) ¨ç BTL Logistics shall provide uninterrupted services unless there are problems with its logistics services or other technical problems. ¨è In case of repair, inspection, replacement, breakdown or disconnection of IT facilities, service interruption due to force majeure, such as system interruption or excess traffic, or other reasonable causes, all or parts of service use can be terminated or limited. ¨é When service needs to be stopped due to regular maintenance of Homepage, the reason and time of service interruption shall be noticed in advance. Notwithstanding Article 6, the notice shall be posted on the Homepage from 2 days earlier. Article 9 (Compensations) BTL Logistics has no obligation to compensate for any losses members may experience when all or parts of services are modified, interrupted, or changed. [Chapter 4: Obligations of BTL Logistics and Users] Article 10 (Obligations of BTL Logistics) ¨ç BTL Logistics shall make its fullest effort to provide uninterrupted, stable services as in these Terms and Conditions. ¨è BTL Logistics shall take necessary measures to ensure security and stability so that member information is not lost, stolen, forged, leaked, or damaged. ¨é BTL Logistics does not send profit-oriented e-mails for advertising that users do not want to receive. Article 11 (Obligations of Members) ¨ç Members have the responsibility to manage their ID and password. ¨è Members shall not allow a third party to use their ID and password. ¨é Members shall immediately notify BTL Logistics and follow its instructions when they discover that their ID and password have been stolen. [Chapter 5: Other] Article 12 (Other Applicable Rules) For items not stipulated herein, refer to related laws and regulations. Article 13 (Disputes) ¨ç BTL Logistics shall promptly process complaints and comments of members. If prompt response is unavailable, users shall be immediately notified of the reason of delay and schedule of processing. ¨è Any lawsuit concerning disputes between BTL Logistics and its users shall be filed with Seoul Central District Court. Article 14 (Copyright Ownership and Limited Use) BTL Logistics holds possession of copyrights of all copyrighted items posted on the Homepage and users shall not use or have any third party use any information or copyrighted items acquired from the Homepage through replication, transmission, publication, dissemination, or broadcasting without BTL Logistics¡¯ prior consent. Additional Term (Execution) These Terms and Conditions shall apply to members registering on or after December 10, 2012.
